Coaching Sessions

In my one-on-one sessions, I teach intermediate and senior professionals to communicate the value they bring to an organization in language that recruiters and interviewers understand. My clients answer interview questions confidently, with engaging narratives backed up by concrete examples, and top companies are thrilled to hire them.

You'll come away from this program with:

  • A customized elevator pitch that tells your story in language interviewers understand

  • A proven framework for answering behavioural questions

  • A realistic mock interview by a REAL professional hiring manager

But that’s not all! After the session, you’ll receive:

  • A follow-up document showing you exactly what you need to work on

  • An interview guide with examples of REAL behavioural and role-specific interview questions

  • A detailed review of your answers to these questions with commentary and pointers for improvement

  • You get unlimited email and chat support between sessions working with me

You'll be able to tell a clear career story that makes sense to employers. You'll also have feedback on your customized, role-specific mock interview, covering everything from communication skills to body language. We'll collaborate to address areas to work on, while I provide you with unlimited email and chat support throughout our time together.

Logistics and Pricing

These sessions take 1.5 hours and happen via Google Meet video call. I offer repeat clients a discount on pricing when paying for multiple sessions in advance:

  • One session: $349

  • Three or more sessions: $949 (Save $98!)

  • Five or more sessions:  $1479 (Save $266!)

  • Additional sessions after five: $299 (Save $50!)
